Description: Drop-in replacement for autumn::harvest() providing
        multiple bounded survey-weight calibration solvers: ORIS
        (box-constrained Sinkhorn block-coordinate descent), raking,
        Sinkhorn, Greenkhorn, GREG and logit (Deville-Sarndal linear
        and logit duals), Chebyshev interior-point, and Newton-KL. Adds
        min_weight and max_weight bounds; shares a single C++17 core
        with the Python bindings.
